Mapping Myself Technique - MMT - The goal of the tool is to increase awareness, strengthen the coping mechanisms and recognize personal resources, through processes of introspection and self-knowledge. The tool makes use of the following elements: history and background, memories, personality characteristics, life assumptions, perception of time, hopes, plans, and the future orientation. The purpose of the tool is to contribute towards the individual's development and encourage verbalization through the use of artistic tools.
